Strategic Business Development Lead for AgriTech Innovations

With a strong foundation in innovation and expertise from both technology and agriculture domains, our mission is to revolutionize the way financial institutions, insurance companies, and government bodies interact with the agriculture sector.
Job Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Analyst and Product Manager to lead the development of innovative SAAS products tailored for the AgriTech industry. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of market trends, a strong network of contacts in the financial and agriculture industries, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our SAAS offerings to Banks, NBFCs, Insurance sector, and Credit Institutions across target regions.
- Client Engagement: Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in the financial and agriculture sector, showcasing our SAAS products and solutions to drive client acquisition.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of ELAI AgriTech's SAAS products and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for product development and strategy.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Business Development team, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the AgriTech industry, specifically in developing and marketing SAAS products.
- Strong network of contacts in the financial and agriculture industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Pune.
