Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst and Product Manager to spearhead the development and marketing of innovative SAAS products tailored for the AgriTech industry. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in product development and have at least 3 years of experience in the AgriTech sector, being ready to relocate to Pune.
Main Responsibilities
- Product Development: Drive the creation of innovative SAAS products aligned with market needs and company goals.
- Market Expansion: Develop strategic plans to expand our SAAS offerings to Banks, NBFCs, Insurance sector, and Credit Institutions across target regions.
- Client Acquisition: Establish relationships with key decision-makers in the financial and agriculture sector, showcasing our SAAS products and solutions to drive client acquisition.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of ELAI AgriTech's SAAS products and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for product development and strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Business Development team, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the AgriTech industry, specifically in developing and marketing SAAS products.
- Strong network of contacts in the financial and agriculture industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Pune.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Base salary of ₹18 lacs annually + Sales Incentive - ESOPS (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) vested over 4 years.
