Billing Process Manager

As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for managing the comprehensive billing process for global business units. Your primary duties will encompass account and product setup, customer master data maintenance, validation of data inputs into core billing applications, invoice production, application, validation, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ensure accurate expense tracking and maximum transparency.
  • Partner with teams to manage critical outcomes for Nostro Pool residual balances.
  • You will prioritize efficient operations and drive innovative solutions for technology enhancements across the Expense team.
  • Exhibit strong partnership abilities and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Review and update internal processes to enhance efficiency through automation, better employee experience.
  • You will collect, collate, and analyze data sets from various sources for advancing the Expense service.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 8 years of banking operations and financial services experience.
  • Process orientation with ability to understand upstream and downstream implications.
  • Works collaboratively, shares information and effectively communicates with team members and partners.
  • Advanced attention to detail with proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Flexible, quickly adapts to changes in the work environment, and manages competing priorities.
  • Requires strong computer skills, including ability to use mainframe and common PC-based software packages.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Knowledge of Wholesale Payments and TS Billing is an advantage.
  • Citizen Developer Tool Sets - Advanced knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, or UIPath, will be a plus.
