We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Governance and Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Develop and refine governance and compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure alignment with client's organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Lead risk management projects, delivering risk assessment and management processes to clients. This involves identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's objectives.
  • Support clients in monitoring regulatory requirements and ensuring the organization's activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. This includes overseeing compliance audits and assessments.
  • Provide governance support to clients and CISOs on governance matters. This may involve advising on governance structures, decision-making processes, and accountability frameworks.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance GRC awareness and capabilities across client organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, and ISO) are highly desirable.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in the GRC field.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity GRC frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, COBIT, CIS Controls).
  • Good communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in risk assessment, compliance management, governance support.
  • Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard GRC security tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a strategic, analytical mindset.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
