HR Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of HR Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, updating internal databases, preparing and amending HR documents, reviewing company policies, communicating with external partners, and reporting on HR metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Update internal databases, including sick leave and maternity leave records
  • Prepare and amend HR documents, such as employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Review and renew company policies to ensure compliance
  • Communicate effectively with external partners and stakeholders
  • Report regularly on HR metrics, including company turnover
  • Provide support with payroll and assist with various administrative tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
