**Role Overview**:
As a Teacher Trainer specializing in Early Childhood Care and Remedial Learning at REAP, you will play a pivotal role in training and supporting educators in delivering high-quality education to young children, including those in need of remedial learning support. Your hands-on experience with an NGO will be crucial in understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by educators and children in underserved communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Training Program Development:
Develop and implement training programs for educators focused on early childhood care and remedial learning.

Design workshops, seminars, and resources to enhance teaching skills and strategies.

Hands-on Support:
Provide on-site support and mentoring to educators, especially in underserved communities, to improve teaching practices.

Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Curriculum Enhancement:
Collaborate with educators and curriculum developers to enhance early childhood care and remedial learning curricula.

Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies into training programs.

Resource Development:
Develop educational resources, lesson plans, and materials for early childhood care and remedial learning.

Curate and adapt existing resources to meet the specific needs of educators and children.

Monitoring and Evaluation:
Monitor the impact of training programs through feedback, assessments, and evaluations.

Analyze data and make recommendations for continuous improvement and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Proven experience as a teacher trainer, with a focus on early childhood care and remedial learning.

Hands-on experience working with an NGO or in underserved communities.

Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.

Knowledge of innovative teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and curriculum development.
