**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**: Deliver well-structured and engaging lessons in JEE Main and Advanced Mathematics, covering Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, and Probability.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and update lesson plans, course materials, and teaching strategies aligned with the JEE syllabus and exam patterns.
- **Student Assessment**: Create practice tests, assignments, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate students’ performance and understanding of mathematical concepts.
- **Doubt Clearing Sessions**: Conduct one-on-one or group doubt-clearing sessions, addressing specific problems and helping students strengthen weak areas.
- **Exam Preparation Guidance**: Provide students with tips, strategies, and best practices for solving complex mathematical problems under exam conditions, improving time management, and enhancing accuracy.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay informed of the latest changes in the JEE exam pattern, question trends, and updates in the mathematics curriculum to ensure teaching content is current.
- **Mentoring**: Offer mentorship and motivational guidance to students, encouraging them to achieve their full potential.
- **Parental Interaction**: Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding students’ progress, performance, and areas of concern.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow faculty members to coordinate interdisciplinary teaching and ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Mathematics or a related field.
- Additional qualifications in Education (B.Ed., M.Ed.) are a plus but not mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience teaching Mathematics at the JEE level, preferably in coaching institutes or schools focused on competitive exams.
- Proven understanding of the JEE syllabus, question patterns, and trends in Mathematics.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command over Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, and other relevant JEE Math topics.
- Excellent teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to make complex mathematical concepts simple and accessible for students.
- Strong communication skills and an approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and online platforms for remote teaching (if applicable).
