Job Opportunity: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of products manufactured by our organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and be able to manage teams effectively.

  • Maintaining high product standards.
  • Leading a team of inspectors in the department.
  • Implementing effective quality management systems across all processes and products.
  • Ensuring quality product manufacturing with minimum resources.

The successful candidate should have rich experience in handholding vendors to meet our quality requirements and finding the right supplier for the required products. They should also be familiar with various industry standards such as API, ANSI, ASME II, V, VIII, & IX, British Standards, and Indian Standards.

Additional responsibilities include inspecting various types of valves, coordinating with laboratories for chemical, mechanical, and special testing, and conducting process audits to ensure quality during the process itself.

The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of welding processes, total quality management, Kaizen, Kizuki, and 5S processes, root cause analysis, and effective use of quality control tools.
