Job Title: Quality Assurance Test Lead

Description:

Lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals to ensure high-quality delivery across all phases of the Core Banking implementation program.

  • Develop and execute QA strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks aligned with the bank's digital transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements, identify defects, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and mentor QA teams.
  • Responsible for leading the Core Production Implementation function within defined scope parameters.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Functional Architecture of the core system and experience in managing implementation of digital core.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA planning, execution, and reporting for FLEXCUBE Core Banking implementations.
  • Define test strategies for functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
  • Manage QA teams and coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Vendors.
  • Review and validate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of QA processes and implement improvements as necessary.
