Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce quality assurance specialist to ensure the high-quality and functionality of our Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in manual and automation testing within Salesforce environments, including configuration and integration testing.

The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications, as well as performing functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce enhancements. They will also validate workflows, triggers, validation rules, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and API integrations. Additionally, they will test Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.

In this role, you will perform data validation and migration testing for deployments and utilize Salesforce testing tools (Provar, Selenium) for automation. You will document and track defects in a JIRA or similar tool and provide UAT support and post-deployment validation.
