Quality Assurance Lead

A seasoned quality professional is required to spearhead our organization's quality management system (QMS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality methodologies and be able to develop, implement, and oversee the entire QMS to ensure all products, processes, and services consistently meet internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the comprehensive QMS, ensuring compliance with relevant international standards.
  • Establish and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators (KPIs) to track QMS effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee the implementation of robust quality control processes across all stages from raw material inspection to finished product release.
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for all non-conformances, customer complaints, and audit findings.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in quality assurance.
  • M.Sc degree.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of enhancing quality performance.
