Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Officer to join our team in Noida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the BPO industry. They will be able to negotiate prices and create customized solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and other means.
  • Create and close new business deals, working closely with delivery functions to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, and other means.
  • Generate client awareness and preference for our business and its services.
  • Recommend which opportunities to pursue based on factors such as probability of winning, profit potential, etc.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in BPO sales only.
  • In-depth sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record against getting good campaigns and generating revenue.

Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum.
