Requirements

  • An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • 5-12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management is required.
  • A strong understanding of the market, with established local networks, is essential.
  • A proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses is necessary.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience is expected.
