Role Summary:

As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to oversee product performance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test fixtures for PCBA level and Finished Good testing.
  • Design and implement dashboards and tools to analyze production test data and quality metrics.
  • Maintain production test fixture documentation and create tools to automate embedded software verification testing.
  • Develop and maintain processes for creating test articles needed for software verification activities.

Requirements:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Engineering preferred (advanced degree a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in medical device product design & manufacturing a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python, C, C++, C#, and/or other object-oriented programming languages.
  • Strong experience interfacing with test instrumentation such as Analog / Digital Data Acquisition, Oscilloscope, Source Measurement Units, Spectrum Analyzers, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously: organized, independent, and results-oriented.
  • Superb analytical and diagnostic skills. Strong statistical analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong team ethic, process-oriented thinking, and attention to detail.
