Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy incorporating AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA) to transform IT operations.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven automation across software development, testing, infrastructure management, security, and IT service management.
  • Lead the evaluation, adoption, and integration of AI/ML frameworks and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, TensorFlow, Azure Cognitive Services).
  • Establish and lead an Automation and AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize practices, manage governance, and promote innovation.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, DevOps teams, and IT stakeholders to develop intelligent automation workflows.
  • Build and mentor a skilled team of automation engineers, AI specialists, and data analysts.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in all AI and automation implementations.

  • Team management - Hiring, training, growth plan, performance management, mentoring & continuous guidance for Technical Operations.
  • Vendor Management -Negotiation/renegotiation of Technical contracts/subscriptions, Responsible for IT budget, vendor mgmt., software licence compliance, IT Asset lifecycle

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT automation, with 3+ years focusing on AI and machine learning in automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with automation and AI tools/platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, or AWS SageMaker.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages including Python, R, Java, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and model deployment.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in AI, RPA, or cloud technologies.
  • Experience in applying AI for IT operations (AIOps), predictive analytics, or intelligent automation.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles related to AI solutions.
