Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Mid-Market Group (MMG) segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities with Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) clients across lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other products.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of PSU clients, driving revenue and profitability through acquisition and cross-selling.
  • Ensure robust credit quality, compliance, and risk management practices throughout all business dealings.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of the PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis principles.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
