
Experience Centre Leader

This is a challenging role that involves driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in an Experience Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives, including registration management and expense control.
- Promote customer satisfaction through effective feedback management and lead generation initiatives.
- Create engaging events within colleges and community centers to increase footfall.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Plan and manage shift timings and rosters for the team to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate floor management to maintain high standards of customer experience.
- Implement innovative strategies to boost conversions and drive revenue growth.
- Handle customer complaints and provide second-level support to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor and review lead follow-ups, closures, and dispositions to optimize team performance.
- Lead the team effectively and coordinate with the commercial department for infrastructure maintenance.
- Ensure timely reporting of data and financial information.
- Manage imprest funds and oversee the Profit and Loss (PnL) of the centre.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
