We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to support our legal and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Legal Executive will be responsible for reviewing contracts and agreements to ensure they meet company standards and comply with applicable laws.
  • The Legal Executive will negotiate terms and conditions of agreements on behalf of the company.
  • The Legal Executive will document board meetings, ensuring accurate records of discussions and decisions.
  • The Legal Executive will provide support for Registrar of Companies (ROC) related matters.
  • The Legal Executive will provide support for audit-related matters.
  • The Legal Executive will maintain accurate and up-to-date legal files and documents.
  • The Legal Executive will send agreements to clients in a timely manner.
  • The Legal Executive will stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.
  • The Legal Executive will handle client queries related to labor laws.
  • The Legal Executive will write blogs and articles on legal subjects.
  • The Legal Executive will perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • The Legal Executive must have high attention to detail and accuracy in their work.
  • The Legal Executive must be able to direct and supervise others.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in law (LLB / LLM) and relevant experience in a legal or compliance role.
