**Job Description**

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our team. This role involves providing high-level legal advice and guidance on corporate compliance matters.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex investigations, negotiating remediations, and implementing effective compliance programs.

They will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing proposed and adopted legislation, regulations, and policies.

In addition, they will work closely with various functions to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement corporate compliance programs that meet industry standards.
  2. Negotiate and implement remediations for global investigations.
  3. Contribute to Compliance & Integrity Plan reviews and prepare action plans.
  4. Analyze proposed and adopted state legislation and regulations.
  5. Derive policy administration and trainings.
  6. Effectively handle complaints and investigations.
  7. Collaborate with various functions to achieve business objectives.
  8. Advise on public policy and company positions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified lawyer with JD and relevant experience as compliance counsel.
  • Addition qualifications like CA/CFA will be preferred.
  • Extensive report development experience and policy/procedure development experience.
  • Excellent analytical, communication skills, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of IT industry regulatory standards including Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Trade Controls.
