Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Legal Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract management, commercial agreements, and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from inception to renewal, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
  • Draft and revise internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on regulatory and statutory compliance.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues.
  • Prepare internal legal memoranda and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail, organisational ability, and sense of ownership.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and startup ecosystem legalities.
