Derivative Lawyer Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced lawyer with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience working with leading financial institutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have exposure to European, Asian, or US markets.
  • A strong understanding of Corporate Law and Contract Law is essential.
  • The selected individual will have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating International Commercial Contracts and Agreements, particularly ISDA Master Agreement, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, Global Master Stock Lending Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Excellent collaboration and team management skills, along with self-motivation and the ability to train teams on derivative documents.
  • A sound legal understanding and advanced knowledge of finance-based contracts, derivative business, and market.
  • Experience in negotiating derivative documents.
