Technical Support Specialist

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for delivering timely solutions to complex technical problems in a fast-paced customer support environment. As a key member of the technical support team, you will perform troubleshooting activities, escalate issues to the appropriate party, and assist in communicating solutions to customers.

You will develop and maintain a working knowledge of current hardware, software, firmware, processes, and tools. This role requires strong technical and interpersonal skills, as well as effective oral and written communication abilities.

This position involves 24x7 coverage, achieved through on-call rotations and extended hours, to accommodate customer needs. The ability to be proficient in English is a plus, especially when interacting with international customers.
