Drive Transformation in the Oil and Gas Industry

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our advisory unit in shaping the future of the Oil and Gas industry through digital consulting strategies.

  • As a seasoned executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing contemporary assets and frameworks that position our company at the forefront of industry innovation.
  • You will be responsible for executing digital consulting strategies for IoT & Digital Engineering operations in the Oil & Gas industry, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop thought leadership assets that articulate the vision for a Future Factory, driving business growth and market differentiation.
  • Actively participate in leading industry events and forums, establishing our company as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Work closely with sales/presales teams to lead client connects for consulting proposals and strategic large-scale transformation programs.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations in Oil & Gas industry as a business consultant.
  • Functional experience in one or more of plant operations, manufacturing/shop floor execution, supply chain, procurement, warehouse management and related processes with emphasis on digital and intelligent technologies.
  • Implementation experience of manufacturing operation projects, with a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

  • Hands-on work experience in the industry, with a strong understanding of complex environments and fast-paced work cultures.
  • Result-focused and able to work under tight deadlines, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in working with distributed teams is highly desired.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and are a confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills.
