Your New Department: Global Operations Excellence

As our new Business Consultant, you will integrate with our team in Copenhagen, Chennai and Gurgaon forming worldwide relations. Your expertise will support our strong competencies in ownership of lifecycle cross-business processes and enabling application management reporting to our Product (application) and Process Owner of Project Model and Project Risk Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder liaising: Ensures alignment between business stakeholders and developer teams.
• Best Practice Refinement: Leads backlog refinement and preparation for releases, including business release notitication.
• Application Lifecycle Management: Manages cross-business application alignment.
• Change Request: Manages change requests and facilitates prioritisation meetings with Product Owner(s).
• Strategic Alignment: Supports alignment with business strategy and technology objectives.
• Digitalization and QMS Strategy Support: Promotes digitalization and quality management strategies.
• Risk Management: Supports handling of business-related risk and project execution risk.
• Stakeholder Management: Advises stakeholders on solutions and manages their expectations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partners with business end users, developers, and process owners to gather and mature change requests, supporting development and testing phases.
• Training and Documentation: Develops training material and supports UAT workshops.
• Circular Project Lifecycle Support: Cooperates with Process and Procedure Owners to ensure effective principles in the project model are maintained.

Qualification

Who You Are:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Risk Management or related field.
• Strong and years of proven experience in business consulting, project management, or related fields
• Proficiency in IT applications supporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and risk management.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Expertise in business process improvement and lifecycle management understanding agile methodologies.
• Am able to support users building business cases and transforming them to functional requirements to the developer team.
• You are articulate in English and can present complex concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner.

You need to have a passion for optimising applications in creating value to the business within the project and risk management area. Your focus is to support the overall cross business strategy and enhance processes to prioritise equally. You are a confident communicator and can present complex information in a simple and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders. Furthermore, whilst you are able to work independently, you are able to contribute with a lot of energy to a team spirit through close virtual contact that brings people and ideas together across our international organisation.
