Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Functional Consultant located in Chennai. The Senior Functional Consultant will be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring and customizing ERP solutions, providing training and support to users, and ensuring successful implementation. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, performing process analysis, creating detailed documentation, and troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Work with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to asset management, work management, inventory, and procurement.
  • Learn and develop expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) modules and apply them to client requirements.
  • Translate business processes / requirements into Maximo functional configurations (asset setup, work order processes, preventive maintenance, inventory, procurement).
  • Support system testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
  • Develop Functional Design Document and Business Requirements and Solutions Document.
