Implement and configure Workday solutions to drive business growth.


Job Description

As a Business Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and configuring Workday solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in product management, functional consulting, and/or business operations. We are seeking a senior/lead consultant with strong business analyst skills combined with Workday functional expertise.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with business stakeholders and product management to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.
  2. Translate business requirements into Workday configurations ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business requirements.
  4. Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.
  6. Act as an anchor resource for the offshore team providing leadership in establishing processes, governance, and best practices.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize solutions, and provide ongoing support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience as a business analyst or functional consultant with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
