Associate Director Managed Review

About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Managed Review operations. As Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our team and ensuring seamless delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and prioritize Managed Review India projects to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with US and EMEA teams to drive business growth.
  • Analyze revenue and service level metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement best practices within Managed Review.
  • Contribute to sales support and client relationship activities.
  • Foster a high-performing team through coaching, development, and mentoring.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on technology, people, and process.
  • Oversee departmental management, including performance reviews and training.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale managed document review delivery teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in law.
  • 8+ years of experience providing sales support or overseeing managed review client relationships.
  • Strong eDiscovery subject-matter expertise and exceptional customer service demeanor.
  • Experience analyzing productivity, utilization, and financial metrics preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively internally and with clients.
