We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to support our Founders in scaling our early-stage AI SaaS portfolio. This role requires strategic leadership and operational expertise to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise the Founders on business strategy, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, community, operations, and strategy.
  • Own and drive execution for strategic projects, focusing on high-impact sales/commercial initiatives.
  • Solve complex, cross-functional problems that require critical thinking and creativity.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain key business metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Passion for driving innovation and growth in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in sales/commercial strategy and its application to business growth.
  • Structured, precise, and skilled at multi-tasking without oversight.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
