**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cisco UCCE and Release Management Specialist to join our team at a leading organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced support and management of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions, as well as other related technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, implementation, and management of complex voice networks, including Cisco Voice platforms such as CUCM, UCCE, UCCH, and CVP. Strong understanding of VOIP protocols, ITIL processes, and Telecom infrastructure protocols is also required.

This role involves working in a 24/7 business support environment, coordinating with third-party providers, and performing advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support and manage Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
  • MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP.
  • Familiarity with ITIL process.
  • Understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and functioning of voice network devices.
  • Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools.
  • Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling.
  • Ability to work in 24/7 business support environment.
  • Experience on Cisco Voice platform.
  • Work experience on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Teamwork, coordination with Third Party Providers and OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Perform advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation, up gradation & site coordination.
  • Act as a point of contact for all service delivery issues/ pending work/ escalations.
