Job Title: UCCE L3 Engineer

 

As a senior level engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of voice solutions to our clients. Your expertise will be utilized to ensure seamless integration and high-quality performance across all systems.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cisco UCCE & UCCX Solutions: With 10+ years of experience, you possess in-depth knowledge of Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC proficiency and troubleshooting skills.
    • Expertise in MACD creation for Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
    • Comprehensive understanding of VOIP protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP) and ITIL processes.
    • Clear comprehension of Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices.
    • Proficiency in VOIP and Performance Management Tools with integration experience.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with Third-Party Providers to resolve telecommunication issues and OEMs for incident resolution.
    • Perform advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, and technical documentation creation.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations.
    • Contribute to team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
    • Maintain and update the Knowledge Base and documentation, initiating and implementing process improvements.
    • Display excellent communication and conversation skills (verbal and written), strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excel skills in email and voice communication, teamwork, PowerPoint presentation preparation, and Excel-related analytics.
  • Desirable Qualities:
    • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a 24/7 business support environment.
