Financial Transaction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage financial transactions related to our company's expenses.
Key Responsibilities:- Process purchase orders and invoices in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with expertise in QAD and COUPA preferred software.
- Manage labour and freight invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Coordinate customs duty advance and knock-off bookings, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of tax deduction schemes (TDS) and TDS return data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain proficiency in bank reconciliation processes (BRS), identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Strong accounting and analytical skills, with the ability to drive automation in accounts payable activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools, such as Power BI and Excel Macro, to drive data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field, with a specialization in finance. Preference for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable roles.
