Financial Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling intercompany transactions across global entities. This includes performing journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and eliminations related to intercompany accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions
  • Perform journal entries and accruals
  • Ensure timely settlement of intercompany balances
  • Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams globally
  • Support month-end and year-end closing

You will also be responsible for conducting daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks, as well as generating and reviewing financial reports (profit and loss statements, balance sheets). A strong understanding of accounting principles is essential for this role, along with proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

Requirements:
  1. Accounting Principles: Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles
  2. ERP Systems: Proficiency in SAP and/or other ERP systems
  3. MS Excel: Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using MS Excel
  4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights
  5. Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills
