Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Agreement Manager to lead the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of financial agreements in line with business and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in lending/financial services, strong legal knowledge, and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC/DA documentation, debt, and borrowing transactions.

This is a strategic role with direct impact on high-value financial transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing to the growth and regulatory strength of our lending ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for various transactions, including co-lending structures, securitisation, debt instruments, and related security documents.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support accordingly.
  • Liaise with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely and compliant execution of transactions.
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines.
  • Support due diligence, risk mitigation, and legal compliance checks related to lending activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in lending/financial services.
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC/DA documentation, debt, and borrowing transactions.
  • Prior work experience in FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
