Job Title: Financial Management Expert

Location: Vellore, India

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, cost control, and compliance to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
  • Cost Control: Conduct cost analysis to improve cost efficiency and support pricing decisions.
  • Banking Operations: Oversee daily banking operations, including payments, receipts, and transaction management.
  • Inventory Accounting: Monitor and control inventory accounting, including stock valuation and reconciliations.
  • Export Transactions: Handle export transactions, foreign remittances, and related compliance.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Statutory Audits: Support statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting.

Required Skills:

  • Fundamental Knowledge: Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel.
  • Skill Sets: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
