Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Manager. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality HR Consulting Services to support business objectives and drive employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver HR Consulting Services to support business objectives and drive employee engagement.
  • Support people leaders in achieving their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee relations, compliance, and process efficiency.
  • Provide proactive HR consultation services to all people managers advising on all issues that arise in their teams.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with respect to country statutory compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 12+ years extensive HR Generalist experience in global, matrixed organisations.
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting a workforce of 800-1,000 employees and approximately 80-100 People leaders.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication.
  • Experience supporting or working as a business partner supporting regional leadership.
  • Experience in developing and executing HR strategy.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a matrix set up preferably in global organisations.
  • Expertise in statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on knowledge in PF Act, wages act, Gratuity calculations, ESI, etc.
  • Strong business acumen and collaborator.
  • Formal discussions/ Grievance handling/ Entry & Exit Interviews.
