Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive top-line revenue growth and optimize bottom-line performance for the region.
  • Lead and implement strategic initiatives to expand market share and enhance profitability.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain high-level client and stakeholder relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee regional operations, including sales, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform regional business strategies.

  • Proven experience in P&L management with a track record of revenue growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership in sales and business development with the ability to scale operations.
