Role Profile

The Role of Crew Captain is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our 24x7 service. Primary responsibilities include:


  • Managing task lists and customer interactions, tracking resolution times and satisfaction ratings, and updating conversation status accordingly.
  • Assuming ownership of customer inquiries and tasks, ensuring timely responses and completion, consistent follow-up, and a friendly demeanor towards customers.
  • Providing accurate estimates for Task Accomplishment Time (TAT) upon task receipt, offering solutions from established catalogues, referencing customer profiles and order history for personalization, and striving for minimal TAT.
  • Offering feedback to vendor teams on quality and escalating any vendor-related issues.

Key qualifications and requirements:


  • College graduates with an MBA, BBA, B.Tech, B.Com, or related degree.
  • Able to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with a friendly and helpful approach towards customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly persona.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with concierge services, hospitality industries, customer service, or EA/PA roles for C-Suite.
  • Understanding of vendor management.
