Job Title: Culinary Team Member
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes with authenticity and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Cook Dishes: You will work closely with senior chefs to prepare and cook dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Mise-en-Place: You will assist in managing mise-en-place and daily food preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are prepared and stored correctly.
- Portion Control and Plating Standards: You will maintain accurate portion control and plating standards, ensuring that all dishes presented to our customers meet our high standards.
- Kitchen Hygiene: You will maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
- Training and Supervision: You will train and supervise junior culinary team members in techniques, recipes, and kitchen safety.
- Inventory Management: You will assist in monitoring inventory and requisitions, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
