Job Overview
The Team Member is responsible for executing daily kitchen tasks with precision and consistency. With prior experience in food service, the role involves handling mise-en-place and food preparation while strictly following food safety and hygiene protocols. The individual must maintain a clean and organised workstation at all times and ensure high standards in food quality and kitchen discipline. One meal(Rice + Indian Curry) is provided per shift. Employees working in break shifts will receive 2 meals.
Store Operating Hours
7:00 AM to 3:00 AM
Working Shift Hours
Candidate must be open to working in break shifts, which run in 2 parts:
Morning: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM || Evening: 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Regular Shift Duration
10 hours
Key Responsibilities
Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety rules.
Do mise-en-place prep and ensure quality before cooking.
Assist in cooking and assembling meals as per standards.
Support in packing & dispatch only when needed.
Keep your station clean and hygienic.
Requirements
Minimum High school(10th) education with at least 12 months of relevant kitchen experience
Physically fit and ready for working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good hygiene, discipline, punctual, clean shaved and willingness to learn.
Must be flexible to do break shifts.
Able to follow instructions and work in a team.
