Job Overview

We seek an AI & Psychometrics Specialist to join our team. This role combines AI-driven innovation with psychometric expertise to design and improve our assessment tools, while supporting consulting projects worldwide.

Main Responsibilities
  • AI Implementation in R&D:
    • Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
    • Utilise AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages, ensuring seamless collaboration and accurate maintenance of the translation database.
    • Develop AI-driven personalised programmes that generate tailored feedback for assessments.
    • Collaborate with Data Science teams to evaluate and fine-tune AI models, guaranteeing accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.
  • Predictive Model Development:
    • Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.
    • Create innovative test items for specialised evaluations.
    • Manage R&D Projects by utilising tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track, and deliver project requirements on schedule.
  • Consulting & Client Support:
    • Collaborate with consultants to develop tailored solutions, such as customised assessments and personalised reports.
    • Produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for customised tools.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with R&D teams across multiple locations in a multicultural and agile environment.
Requirements

MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or a related field.

First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.

Technical skills:

  • Advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation.

Soft skills:

  • Excellent English communication.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
