Senior Data Scientist Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models to drive business growth and improve user engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about deep learning and natural language processing. You will have the chance to work on large-scale predictive modeling projects, develop new ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to analyze user behavior patterns and predict their likelihood of leaving or retaining users on the platform.
  • Build causal inference–based intervention models to improve user retention and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of foundation models leveraging pre-trained LLMs.
  • Collaborate with research scientists, engineers, and product teams to foster a collaborative environment and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Strong background in applied deep learning and machine learning, including conceptual understanding and practical experience.
  • Good understanding of handling large-scale datasets and working with SQL.
  • Knowledge of current state-of-the-art machine learning literature.
  • Prior experience in developing large-scale prediction and reasoning models.
  • Proficiency in Python and popular deep learning frameworks.

Nice to Have:

  • 0-1 year of work experience in building and deploying large-scale predictive models in production.
  • 0-1 year of work experience in LLM/NLP projects within a start-up environment.
  • Good publication record with publications in major machine learning conferences.
