Chemist Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled researcher to join our team for the development of novel chemistry problems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and be able to create complex problems that challenge large language models (LLMs). They will also analyze model responses, identify gaps in logic or understanding, and provide insightful feedback.
The daily work of the researcher involves:
- Designing and creating chemistry problems with specific requirements and constraints.
- Reviewing and analyzing the output of LLMs to measure their performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing solutions and implementing changes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the LLMs.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or Postdoctoral experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement experiments and analyze results.
- Able to communicate effectively and provide clear, concise feedback.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Stable computer and internet access.
