AI Research Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated researcher to join our Advanced AI R&D team. As a Senior AI Research Scientist, you will work with the research team to develop innovative solutions to complex scientific problems and challenges from real-world applications using core technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), evolutionary algorithms, and other machine learning and AI techniques.
- You will focus on advancing the state-of-the-art AI with emphasis on Generative AI, LLMs, and domain-specific AI solutions.
- You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, business stakeholders, architects, and domain experts to translate research breakthroughs into scalable products and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of LLMs. You will design, develop, and optimize models and algorithms involving novel architecture and training methodologies and advance AI capabilities.
Your Role:
- Conduct advanced research in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and adjacent fields to solve complex and impactful business and societal problems.
- Publish research findings in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with product teams, AI engineers, domain SMEs, and client teams to transition research prototypes into production-ready solutions.
Your Profile:
- PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Exceptional bachelor's or master's degree candidates will also be considered.
- Strong implementation skills in Python.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Keras, Scikit-Learn.
- Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
