- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and environmentally responsible solutions.
- Apply advanced chemical analysis techniques to optimize processes and ensure quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Plan the execution of assigned tasks by completing R&D correctly the first time.
- Perform battery material recycling R&D according to current company strategy, product specifications, and laboratory processes.
- Support team leader to process development in laboratory, pilot facility, and 3rd party's lab to identify the most efficient process technology.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and lab protocols (OSHA, EPA, local guidelines).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a chemical lab, preferably in hydrometallurgy, battery recycling, mining, or carbon materials industries.
- Technical expertise related to inorganic chemistry.
- Ability to grasp processes and lab practices to execute R&D tasks independently.
