The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing deal execution, and ensuring alignment with their long-term goals.

  • Transaction Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.">
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic advice to clients on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals.">
  • Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial modelling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.">
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value. Oversee negotiations of terms, pricing, and legal documentation.">
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party advisors.">
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.">
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.">
  • Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (legal, tax, and regulatory) to ensure seamless execution of transactions.">
