Senior Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to spearhead our transaction advisory services.

  • M&A Leadership:
    • Develop and execute cross-border transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiations.
    • Lead the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring seamless transitions and synergy realization.

Financial and Regulatory Expertise:

  • Oversee the implementation of deal-related structures, including SPA/SSA covenants and milestone-linked funding.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, and tax regulations.

Stakeholder and Client Advisory:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to boards, promoters, CFOs, and private equity investors on post-transaction strategy.
  • Manage cross-border coordination with legal, tax, and regulatory teams.

Practice Leadership and Team Management:

  • Build and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver transaction execution services.
  • Drive standard operating procedures for post-deal advisory, ensuring consistency and quality.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in M&A deal execution, post-deal integration, carve-outs, and restructuring.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS), tax structuring, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead negotiations, manage stakeholders, and drive complex projects.
