About the Role:

This is a key position that involves developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee productivity and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, creating effective training materials, and delivering high-quality training sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a proven ability to motivate and inspire others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of employees at all levels
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, communications, or human resources
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
