US Sales Operations Leader

Requirements:

  • 12-18 years of leadership experience in US-facing sales operations with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to scale 200+ seat operations with consistent return on investment (ROI).
  • Hands-on expertise with customer relationship management (CRM), dialers, quality assurance (QA), and global compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, cultural fluency, and data-driven decision making skills.
