About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth and revenue for 4QT ERP, a leading ERP solution for real estate brokers and builders & developers .

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target brokers, builders, and developers for ERP sales.

• Generate and manage leads, cold calling, conduct client meetings, and deliver product presentations.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support in coordination with the technical team.

• Stay updated with real estate industry trends in Dubai to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE real estate, software, or ERP domain.

• Strong network among brokers and builders in Dubai/UAE is preferred.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Must hold a valid UAE work visa (or transferable visa).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
