Development Specialist

About this role:

We are seeking a Development Specialist to join our team and help drive fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing donor relationships, researching new prospects, and drafting proposals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with 3–5 years' experience in fundraising to consolidate their skills and grow into a frontline development professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a donor database of high net worth individuals, corporate sponsors, and institutions.
  • Research and identify new fundraising opportunities, preparing concise briefs for leadership and board meetings.
  • Draft proposals, reports, and presentations aligned with organizational initiatives.
  • Coordinate grant submissions and maintain a calendar for upcoming deadlines.
